It has been one busy week! We had a houseful over the Christmas Holiday and I am always sad to see everyone leave. It was wonderful to have all of our four children at home with two spouses and our darling grand daughter. I couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas present. I finished up the week by posting one of our favorite recipes – Fresh Apple Cake. Fall has passed and we are no longer picking apples but this cake is wonderful with those apples you have left in your refrigerator. It is quick to make and delicious!
